Can I use my Taste Card in a Caffè Uno restaurant?
Yes we do accept taste cards and the offer is 50% off the total food bill. This is an offer for 6 people per taste card, although multiple cards can be used for your party.
We apologise the taste card can’t be used all day Friday and Saturdays, Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s day , Easter Weekend (Friday to Monday inclusive) and throughout the month of December.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or set menu and is not valid on take-away sales.
Are your restaurants suitable for Children?

Do Caffè Uno restaurants use GM (Genetically Modified) products?
Caffè Uno does not use GM products to the best of our knowledge and from the guidance of our suppliers.
Are Caffè Uno restaurant employees paid minimum wage in full?
All of our employees are paid the minimum of the National Minimum Wage (NMW) in full and all tips are paid in addition to NMW.
Do all Caffè Uno restaurant employees receive their tips and why is there a 10% administration charge?
Tips are paid to staff in addition to their hourly rate which is a minimum of the National Minimum Wage (NMW) – tips are not used to subsidise a staff pay in any way. Credit card tips are subject to a 10% deduction to cover credit card fees payroll and other house costs prior to the distribution in full to employees. All cash tips are retained in full by the waiting staff and may or may not be shared with other employees in the restaurant. The company does not participate in cash tips in any way.
Where can I buy Gift Vouchers?
Prezzo gift vouchers are accepted at all Caffè Uno restaurants. They can be purchased online if you click here, we offer them in values of £5, £10 and £20 or you can order by telephone on 0845 602 9575 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday only.
